Cancellation Policy

Late, Cancellation & No-Show Policy A 15-minute grace period is provided. After 15 minutes with no communication, the appointment is automatically cancelled and must be rebooked. A 50% service fee will be charged for: • late arrivals past the grace period • same-day cancellations • no-call / no-shows • any cancellation made within 72 hours of your appointment To avoid fees, please text to reschedule 72+ hours prior. Your appointment may be transferred once and must be rescheduled within 28 days of the original date.
