My work centers around custom color, hand-painted balayage, corrective color, hair transformations, extensions, and personalized hair & scalp care. Every service is tailored to your hair, your lifestyle, and the look you’re trying to achieve — never a one-size-fits-all approach. Cancellation Policy
Late, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
A 15-minute grace period is provided. After 15 minutes with no communication, the appointment is automatically cancelled and must be rebooked.
A 50% service fee will be charged for:
• late arrivals past the grace period
• same-day cancellations
• no-call / no-shows
• any cancellation made within 72 hours of your appointment
To avoid fees, please text to reschedule 72+ hours prior.
Your appointment may be transferred once and must be rescheduled within 28 days of the original date.
