Cancellation Policy
After 15 minutes from your scheduled appointment time without notice, you will need to reschedule with a new appointment date and time.
50% of the service booked will be charged for any and all late appointments, no-call/no-shows, and same-day cancellations. Text to reschedule within 72 hours of initial your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Must reschedule within 28 days of initial appointment date to avoid a cancellation fee.
